Goal: Perform well in school & complete Codacademy certification. Timeframe: May 9th. Rules: Strict sleep, prioritize health & tasks, no devices for 2 hours after waking, meditate, share plans with Mom, track progress, allow occasional breaks, no sugar. Plan: Get a job, use Motion app, save money, create a diet plan, continue therapy, journal progress. Note: It's normal to have setbacks, see them as opportunities to learn and grow.
