I met my goal for this week. Vegetables I ate included tomatoes, carrots, peas, onions, and potatoes. Fruits included bananas, grapes, and oranges.

I met my goal this week. I had fruits (blueberries, oranges, grapes) and vegetables (tomatoes, okra, eggplant, potatoes). I also had healthy proteins and carbs. I went home for Thanksgiving, and my mom's cooking is always pretty healthy and delicious.

I did pretty well with my goal this week. I meal-prepped a soup with vegetables (broccoli, potatoes) and protein, which I've been eating for the past few days. I also have oatmeal with fruit (bananas and blueberries) for breakfast.

Good - I've been eating a lot more vegetables lately, and I feel satiated and healthy. I've made roasted broccoli and bell peppers, and I've also been eating cherry tomatoes and carrots. I've minimized sugars, but I still have the occasional piece of Halloween candy.
