This week I was able to meet my goal.

This was a great week, especially given it was Thanksgiving. I went home and was able to eat fruits and veggies during my time at home. I had pineapples and strawberries in the mornings with my breakfast. I was able to eat lots of greens including collard greens, string beans, and celery as a snack.

This week was a lot better than last week. I was able to meal prep which allowed me to make sure I was able to incorporate fruits and veggies with all of my meals. My usual fruits include oranges or grapes, but this week I decided to get pineapples and peaches. These are fruits I don't get regularly, but enjoy them just as much.

The commitment was going well at first, for the first half of the week. I was able to eat fruits for breakfast and vegetables with my lunch and dinner. I am hoping for next week to be better though. The other half of the week was a bit different in terms of my diet because I was sick so my meals mainly included soup, orange juice and cranberry juice. Those days I was not able to incorporate as many fruits and vegetables as I had hoped.
