							mitchlaughlin commits to:
						 
						
							journal and practise mindfulness every day.  
 
						In my journal, I will aim to rate my happiness at the end of each day, write out three things I am grateful for, and practice the CBT ABCD activity for anything on my mind from that day. For mindfulness, I will aim to meditate for ca. 10 or more minutes per day. Alongside these commitments, I'm also hoping to exercise, read, study, and spend time with friends, more often.
