Goal Description:
Right now, too much of my food is meat-related products. My goal, in order to fit more with healthy proteins and a balanced plate, is to have at least 1 meal (lunch or dinner) that is completely vegetarian.

Was easiest this week after I meal prepped lentils and a cottage cheese dish. Happy to have made it through! | |

I spent Thanksgiving break with friends and for the first time in my life, had only vegetarian meals for the entire weekend. | |

Was able to incorporate a couple days with only vegetarian food, happened more on accident than intention so that was fun. | |
