Had a Mental session with my golf coach and the biggest thing that stood out to me was; - I think of nothing while I’m over the ball - Back off of the ball if something distracts me - Don’t listen to others because it’s my goal and it’s only me achieving my goal - My focuses should only be on my target line and/or landing zone - I still will need to also focus on Course Management - If the ball doesn’t go exactly how I planned it but is still safe and in play, than I shouldn’t care less if it’s the other direction. Stick with the plan and play golf. |
