Ugg. My weight is up today. I had an excellent day yesterday as far as movement. Sarah and I did a very long walk around Easton in the morning. I ate a little too much during the day, but it really wasn't that bad - Still low carb and mostly very healthy. I ate too many nuts and snacks (string cheese, seaweed snacks, beef stick). I am hopeful that this is temporary and the weight will go down tomorrow. |

Did pretty well yesterday, but not perfect. I weighed my first serving of nuts and then went back and ate more later. My meals were mostly good, but I could still improve on the veggie intake. My weight was 199.3. Every week I have been barely able to meet my target for the week. I have mixed feelings about setting a specific weight goal. Will I go through with giving my money to the orange one? On the other hand if I don't make a weight goal, will I be as motivated every day? |

Did extremely well yesterday. I ate healthy and in two distinct meals. I did eat a little too many nuts with lunch. Today, I will measure out nut portions (one ounce) to help with the problem of eating too many nuts. Other than that, my eating was very good. I also met all of my exercise goals. My weight this morning was 199.4. It is coming down nicely. Hopefully, I will still hit the target on weigh-in day. |
