To practise coding, I should make changes to a local folder, which is then pushed to a remote on github. Github automatically tracks whether I am doing this everyday. These changes can be: changes to a project I am working on, changes to a project I am following along to or copying and pasting good exercises, e.g. from freecodecamp or leetcode.
