I finally did everything right -- turned off the internet on my phone and put it away promptly at 10, and woke up not long after 7. I don't think I had any nightmares, and I'm not feeling that tired, even though I had a very active day yesterday. Yeah! |

I was feeling low so I stayed up late on my phone. I need to remind myself that this is the ONE THING I need to do right now for my health. |

I went to bed more or less on time, but I didn't get up at 7. I went back to sleep for nearly an hour. I was just so weak. :( But I gotta get up at 7 no matter what, even if it's just getting out of bed and sitting on the couch with the blinds open. |

Keeping a regular sleep schedule isn't helping as much as I'd hoped it would. I'm doing everything else too -- not consuming caffeine or alcohol late, blocking out light, etc. I still feel tired when I wake up. I stopped eating add sugar 5 days ago too, but I still don't feel good. :( |
