Got through a busy weekend with no progress, but also didn’t fall behind. I have to make up for it this coming week. Already have one good work out and a full day of sweating on the golf course. Doing better with eating and will have to keep it up with the kids home this weekend. It’s important this week that I break out and get to the next level. Goal within the goal will be making at to the gym 3 times a week. No excuses

Keeping right on track! I have held good with eating less and eating healthy. Even did good on our trip to lake Geneva! This will be a tough weekend coming up, just need to get some workouts in. Have a hike planned for Sunday!

Has been a tough week, no workouts. Worked 2 extra days and worked in extreme hot temps.
Made my weekly goal of losing 2.5 LBs!!
Will look to hit the workouts hard this coming week and not miss my report.

Got a solid sleep today after working nights, only about 6 hours, but it was good sleep.
Win hof breathing right away and then got a good hour at the gym.
Back, biceps and abs. 3 different lifts of each reps of 15-20
