| Iām cutting the dress stick loose. It served its purpose and was fun, but time for a fresh start. Dismal percentage of success, but overall I think it was. Need a more serious real results approach now- I have some ideas. | |

| Oh kind and gracious Ref and Fashion Lord, your humble servant implores you for mercy and understanding. It was her belief that her week began and ended on a Tuesday morning. As is often the case, the harsh realities of this world do not coincide with the whimsy of her mind. She shall always be honest with you though and so must confess she is one workout short and also missed a food logging day while praising not your name, but a Name all the same. If you have any kindness and pity in your heart, she asks that you allow her to finish her workout this evening as previously planned and live in her fantasy of a week that begins on a Tuesday. As penance she will attempt an extra sweaty session. She now can only submit herself to your wise punishment or extravagant mercy. Perhaps somewhere in between. | |
