Ciao Rebi, 1.33kg pro Woche ist fast unmöglich. Du brauchst dafür ein 1300kcal Defizit pro Tag. Wir empfehlen keinen intensiven Sport. Das Defizit sollte nicht grösser sein als 33% deines Verbrauchs. Du müsstest also etwa 4000 kcal pro Tag verbrauchen und 2700kcal essen. Um auf 4000kcal zu kommen, müsstest du jeden Tag 4-6h wandern. Schau mal mit dem SticK Support, ob du dein Zielgewicht auf ca. 62kg korrigieren kannst
