| Really don't understand. I'm not losing weight at the pace that I want, but all week I was about 267. Thursday and Friday I shot up a pound and a half. | |

| Need to commit more to the cause. It isn't enough to lose weight. Why do I want to lose weight? An end goal is nice, but I have to remember the reasons. | |
