Goal: 4 mi under 40 m and achieved it! Wanted to quit at the beginning bc my body didn’t feel too great. But kept going to see if I’d warm up into it. Started to feel good to the end of the trail then on the way back I tried to keep my momentum. Wanted to quit at 20 m but kept going and going. Told myself to just get up the next hill. Finished strong. Whenever I get tired, I try my best to maintain good form, relax my shoulders, control my breathing, and keep a tough/positive mindset. I’m coaching myself through it and it works.

Second day of exercise this week! Morning stretches, 7 app, 10k walk in the woods yesterday. 4 mi run today! |

I don’t feel super fit, healthy, and disciplined, but I guess it’s good that people think I’m all those things. I certainly strive to be. We are our own worst critics. I do know I am nowhere near where I want to be fitness and weight wise. But I’ll get there in time by continually improving. |
