| Wow!! The concept behind this app is incredible. It really helped me get in the fittest shape of my life and it helped me truly develop the habit of hitting the gym 5 times a week. I didn’t complete the challenge perfectly. But it certainly did what I was hoping it would do… instilling a healthy habit that will serve me the rest of my life. | |
