Walking 1+ miles 3x a wk, running 1x a wk
Goal Description:
Walking gets me motivated to start my day, so my goal is to do this 3x a week. The stretch I walk is close to 2 miles long. I would also like to squeeze in a run that length atleast once a week. I used to love running and I feel doing both would not only help my physical health but my mental health as well.
