ICanChange commits to:
Avoid chocolate bars and keep sugary foods to a minimum.
Eating a chocolate bar (i.e. a mars bar or even a small equivalent) is counted as a fail - pay up! Eating food that has a small amount of chocolate may occur and will not be obsessively punished - but avoiding chocolate bars is the start to a larger goal - getting a decent, healthy diet!
