No worries, I’m pretty confident that the review for this month will be very productive. I’m optimistic that even beyond the scores you’ll get a deep insight into several aspects of the quality of your sleep both measurable and immeasurable. |

Sleep duration: 6h, 46m; Sleep score 67
Ouch! Ended my commitment duration with not a single day of success. Hurts to see this, at one level and also at another level to recognise that I have learnt so much about my sleep patterns. I am going to reflect on my entire journey this month and come back stronger. I know I can get there. It is within my reach |

Hey Vijay,
Sorry, I couldn’t be here to cheer you on these past few days. I am back now!
You have some discrete challenges emerging from this experience
1. Getting a total of seven hours of sleep
2. Minimizing wake up times during the night
3. getting a sleep score of greater than 80
You may want to reconsider those goals or tweak around with the pre-bedtime routine. Looking into that hour long interruption I feel is going to be critical. That’s an unusually long duration of sleep interruption. Is this a device error or are you seeing it consistently?
The fact that we are getting into these finer details says a lot about your overall progress with this goal. Keep at it my friend. |

Sleep hours: 7h, 32m; Sleep score: 78
Hmmm....almost hit my target score. But i am getting up past 7:30 am....what do I need to do?
It is back to the drawing board- I want to get a sleep score of 80. I need 7 hours of sleep. I am finishing work (including some household chores) by 11 pm - 11:30 pm. And invariably, I have an hour of wakeup time through the night. So it looks like I need to be in bed for 8 hours. Which means wake up between 7:00 am and 7:30am.
I am going to give this some thought before my next commitment |
