So. This week was ridiculous. Much like last week, by the time I got my feet on the ground it was time to go to bed. Every day. Now it's Friday. What the hell. - In the interest of keeping myself accountable, doubling-down on the Stickk Social Proof theory, I got a trainer. Went in for an assessment yesterday and hooooboy do we have work to do. Going in for a session tonight. Pray for me. |
