| Done! 12 weeks. When I first started this challenge 12 weeks ago i was checking my emails dozens of times a day, t was such a time waster but i couldnt stop myself.my email box is currently clean, ive created folders for emailss i need to save. Overall Im very pleased that I got rid of this time wasting habit. | |

| Email checking drastically reduced, still more than twice a day. I will count to 5 before rechecking. But overall I'm very happy as this was such a bad time wasting habit. | |

| I no longer check my emails as one of my first things of the day, 99 times there's nothing urgent to see anyway. I also unsub to many things so i get less emails. | |
