I met my goal again last week. My 5 year old offered to take data for me during a couple meals which was sweet, but it definitely made me realize that having to take data gives me another reason to put take a break/put down my fork. I am looking forward to not having to track every bite any more but do think I have much more aware of taking a break between bites and will eat slower overall. |

I met my goal again this week for 6 of 7 days at over 85%. I actually did better last week (meeting criteria all 7 days) but there was a day this week that my paper data was hidden so I forgot. It was also likely because I was rushing to get my kids to school. Overall though, I am much more aware of trying to eat slower since I have been tracking it for a whole month now! |

I met my goal again this week! Most days I had at least one meal at 100% - often the morning which also had less bites too. I have gotten more in the habit of putting my fork down in between bites but if I am eating a meal with my hands it takes a lot more effort to put down the food (take a break). I got my special coffee drink today too:) |

I met my goal of averaging over 85% for at least 6 days. I think keeping the paper data sheet at my spot was a good visual reminder to slow down and take the data, but I found if I was distracted by my kids or started reading something nearby I would forget for a bite or two. If I am not eating at home it will usually crossing my mind now, and if I am with someone I end up telling them about my goal toom so they can keep me accountable. |
