| An unfortunate slip-up because of taking on an emergency client late night. I am disappointed but not defeated. I know that the habit has largely grown on me. This is only one slip-up in nearly a month. I will review and re-commence my habit. To the next commitment then! 👍🏽 | |

Thank you,Tar. I believe getting up before the alarm is the ultimate test of the habit being ingrained in you. Got up feeling slightly groggy. Did some breathing exercises and felt immediate better. Mindfully breathing is such a nice way to get up! 🌱 |
