Entertainment includes 1. Watching Youtube videos that are not related to personal development/business/fitness 2. Watching porn / fapping 3. Netflix 4. Mindlessly scrolling on Instagram without a purpose 5. Playing video games I commit to finishing work throughout the day first before allowing myself to indulge in entertainment.
