Project Skinny - An overall project for summer, 2020 to set the habits in motion for weight loss and overall fabulosity.
Phase 2 - Extension of habits structured in phase 1: 7,000-8,500 calories per week limit, average of 10,000 steps per day throughout the contract, and one treat meal/day at the end of the contract. Aiming for another 30% completion toward the overall weight goal.
