lowered weights to ensure daily workouts (was getting too sore with higher weights and stopped weight lifting for a week).

Less workouts combined with smaller portions plus meditation and stretching exercises. Hopefully, get back to workouts this week.

Keeping the workouts the same, weight the same. Adding 5 minute meditation in the morning everyday. Focused on routine and making changes "stickk"
