To stay below the weekly calorie limit as calculated by MyFitnessPal, based on my height, weight and being 'lightly active' with a goal of losing 0.2kg/week. I’ve set this to be adjusted to include calories I burn through exercise (so burning 500 calories on a run will increase my daily allowance by 500 calories). Each day starts with an allowance of 2,170 calories which - according to an NHS calculator - is close to what I should I aim for to lose 1-2lb/week. According to the NHS calculator, a
