Completed my commitment!
Got up comfortably before the alarm and feeling slightly groggy. Again, I slept much after my cut-off time of 11 pm. The key thing is to be in bed before 11 then the feeling of being rested in the morning is so good!

I got up today with the alarm and feeling groggy - and this is simply because I needlessly surfed the net till 11:45. If I had slept at my planned time of 11:00, I would have felt a lot more refreshed. Again, it shows up the key learning - waking up (guess, any habit for that matter) is like a system of inter-locking habits. You break one link in the chain (sleeping late,for example) and the whole thing crumbles.
I need to make sure that I am tapping the main key rules I have listed for my sleep/wake-up routine |

As always being brilliant-at-basics approach is helping me! The simple rules of sleeping at night is helping me get up before the alarm- and that too refreshed!! |

This is working. Got before the alarm today and feel refreshed and rested.
