How I sleep determines how I wake up. These are the things I need to keep in mind:
1. Sleep at 11
2. Warm bath by 10:15
3. Keep the room absolutely dark and pleasantly cool
4. Practice counting down and paradoxical intention
5. Keep my thoughts pleasant and warm, not excited or intense
6. No Net. Only books!

Did not make it today - worked late and the overhang persisted. Should have slept at 11 but slept at 12:30.
Watching the net and thinking of stuff disturbed my sleep

Woke-up today on-time at 5:30 am - that too without an alarm!

Am trying new sleep techniques and initial results are encouraging 😊
