(1) Have been going to gym. (2) Avoided temptations to socialize instead of working. (3) Took advantage of imminent lockdown to sell things; also prepared by buying weights. |

(1) Helped my housemate by editing/redrafting an email to the university. (2) Fixed a hardware issue with my laptop by performing minor surgery. (3) Was cheerful to others even though I am stressed. Also: - Kept a broader perspective on my current situation and issues - didn't blow things out of proportion. - Ate healthily. - Napped when I needed to (rather than attempting to push through despite no cognitive results). |

(1) Worked on a take-home exam whilst having to move house unexpectedly due to landlord/housemate's behaviour. Kept a cool head, didn't panic. (2) Continued doing meditations (3x per day at scheduled times) and reducing self-critical thinking (very effective). (3) Did not engage in any counterproductive behaviours (overeating; social media checking). |

(1) Got 100% in an assignment I had to do very quickly due to the extension timeline & the medical emergency. (2) Arranged places to stay after finding out X, whilst doing take-home exam. (3) Meditated regularly despite the chaos that is happening. (4) Exercised and ate well, again despite the chaos. (5) Kept in regular contact with friends, again despite the influence of this situation on my mood. |
