Now getting up by 8 am every morning with energy, and eating meals at usual times. Making great progress toward my goal of having a more regular work schedule, too. |

Still making good progress. Finally going to bed and getting up at a better hour thanks in part to chanting and exercising regularly. Also, the separation of office space is immensely helpful. However, I still had 2 days of exhaustion and oversleeping. |

I am still actively working on this goal and making progress. This week I completely separated my office and put my desk and materials for work in another room. This allows me to relax better when I take breaks and leave the room. It also helps me focus much more.
Finally, I am using Productivity Challenge Timer. The bells remind me when a work session is done so I can take a break. After the break, the app gives me a whistle to start another work session. I love it. It helps me have a routine and also take regular breaks from the computer to walk around. |
