Good job on your progress this week. Do you have a goal for how many classes on the Nike app you want to take each week? For example, take 1-2 yoga classes per week? |

Not exercising with much vigor, but I've been taking Lenny for walks almost every day. We walk about .62 miles and so far it take 50 minutes. I'm hoping he will get faster over time and not stop/smell as much as he becomes better trained. Besides walking Lenny, I sometimes march up and down the stairs or do a little yoga.
This week I'd like to get some higher intensity workouts via yoga, hiking when the weather is nice, and stair climbing or Nike Fitness Club app. |
