Hey mike! Thanks a lot for the support I sincerely appreciate it a lot! I will definitely consider your precious advice when I will design my next Stickk commitment! I am sorry to tell you that yesterday I only did two out three lessons again. The problem is that the lessons are much longer than I was expecting, it takes me 4 hours to process one lesson, I think that I put too much weight on my shoulders because I am working really hard to get to two lessons. However I will continue to push and try to do my best in order to achieve my goal! Thanks again for you advice and support, good night! (if you are in Europe) |

Ah ok, nevermind, go again! When I am designing a Stickk commitment, I tend to chunk up to the next largest timeframe so as to give myself some flexibility to have an "off" day(s). So let's say I want to do three lessons a day for a week, I will commit to 21 lessons over a week = 3 lessons x 7 days. That way, if I only do two lessons on a particular day, I can then do four the next day, and I am then still on track. |
