| I forced myself to get up even though we went to bed late (after 11:30 p.m.). I was about 15 minutes behind today, but I am so grateful for Stella being an alarm clock. Because of her and Natalie pushing me out of bed, I was able to get in a lovely walk and workout and snap a gorgeous pic of my young lady playing ball at sunrise. | |

| Woke up at 6 a.m. Natalie got up with me because I “motivated” her. Walked Stella. Stretched out in the home gym with Nat. Then rode the bike for a while. Made a nice breakfast. All before 9 a.m. | |
