We had a next breakpoint moment, after consulting meeting with a legal advisor company. Simple, easy business model to start in the market without any legal complications and focus on one feature. So we discard our MVP. Plan the implementation of the new business model. Start first customer aquision. |

This week goals: ☀️do some additional research for renting process, for the payment functionality. List all the questions we can't answer through research and need broker input. ☀️release beta MVP - implement what we find out through research. ☀️ask 2-3 brokers to become our test users - ask in groups what we couldn't find out through research and get more insights. |

⭐️Made a partnership plan with brokerage company ⭐️Adjusted our business model for MVP to make launching easier ⭐️Legal stuff still unclear: need more work and quick decision on that ⭐️Will continue developing the MVP features ⭐️Meeting today with our mentor to get feedback and discuss the progress and next steps |
