anglie commits to:
Confronting my feelings instead of binge eating to cope. I commit to getting back to my 16 hours intermittent fasting schedule 3 days per week for hormonal health and balance. I commit to avoiding complex carbs and refined sugar as I know these are triggers. I will unplug my tv because that's when I seem to binge the most and I will continue to journal when I am having a craving to identify the triggers.
