| Creating new habits is tough work. I just completed 42 days of reporting to stickK on my commitment to planning and scheduling and now I've started some new commitments: meditating, publishing an article 1x/wk and making videos. | |

| So, I've already completed this for today. I uploaded the video to stickK but it hasn't been approved yet. The challenge comes tomorrow as I have school and then a meeting. The real challenge comes Friday when I have school, a meeting and work and lots in between. I'll have to get creative and do it on the go without a traditional set up. | |
