| Made it through that super difficult moment after work beer o clock when that overwhelming urge to buy a pack happens. Made a solid vote in the right direction though. Great work. | |

It's easy to quit smoking when you look and feel like shit. It's when you start to feel good that it's harder. "One won't kill me" The hardest is when you've been good, and then a stressful time comes. "Will just have a couple to get through the stress." Gotta be better at this. Let's do it!!!!! |
