How long have I been doing this challenge for? Oh 6 days, not even a week. I keep thinking of food to buy and eat like fries or pizza. But I want to start eating more healthy and In the long run I am much happier not eating those things. But at the moment...not so much. |

I may or may not have already been debating if i’m allowed to buy ingredients for home made pancakes. “You can just buy it once and you won’t have to think about it again.” But that has been my excuse every time in the past so this time it won’t happen, at least not before i’m done with this challenge, i aim for a 100% succes rate after all. |

I don’t know why but my mindset just changed from “I can’t stop myself from buying the food that I like.” to “I’m just not going to buy the things that are unhealthy for me.” Its day one so it’s easy for me to say those things now, but maybe it will get more difficult. The task is specifically that I can’t buy things but if someone gives me something it’s not a problem. It’s not as if i’m expecting people to buy me a cookie or something but i’m open to the possibility. I won’t tell people that i’m doing this, not because i’m ashamed or anything but because i notice a trend that when i share something i feel less motivated to keep doing that thing as if my brain thinks that i’m done with the project. So ehmm...good luck me |
