With everything going on, I have gotten away from routines, which has not helped my overall health. I also don't feel I've been sleeping as well... not sure why!?! (see above)

I certainly had my moments but all-in-all felt like I stayed pretty healthy: intermittent fasting, eating healthy, eating before 7 most nights and when we ran out of things to have on hand, getting more foods that are good for us.

My eating habits have been good this week, as I have used the intermittent fasting approach, eating 12 hours after I last ate, the evening before. Also eating, in general, no later than 7-7:30pm. I don't feel deprived, nor do I feel so as I've reduced my portion size. Had a Wellness Screening and that was about what I expected, with room for improvement but not absolutely dire.
