4. 15 Curl to Press to Extension (5-10 lbs)
5. 10 Burpees
6. 15 Goblet Squat (15-20 lbs)
7. 10 Push ups (on the knees is fine)
REST FOR 1 MIN AND REPEAT CIRCUIT

Cardio
5 mins burpees
30 mins jump rope
