Looking at and processing all the items on my "today" list. Either doing them, choosing to move them, change them, etc. The point is to have a trigger that gets me to utilize my "trusted system" no matter what. Then I can put whatever I need to into that trusted system, because I have a tendency to space out and change systems, often leaving items unattended, and sometimes getting in trouble for this.
