Going strong, and I am focus in loosing that 65lbs that I do not want.

I am focus and determined to meet my monthly weight lost goal. This past week, I walked outside two days, and I did exercise in my home almost everyday in between my home business jobs. I ate healthy meals, although I still eat white rice with lots of vegetables and homemade sambal, with protein, either fish, chicken, and eggs too. I normally didn't ate bacon, but last week, I did just couple slices. I drank lots of ice water that I enjoy so much, some coffee here and there, and oatmeal with walnut and date when I needed some sweets. I rest more, sleep at night, instead of working.
