| i spent time outside at the football game and tailgate. I also had a club meeting outside and when it has been cool in the morning ate breakfast outside as well. | |

| I went for three runs outdoors this week. I had krishna lunch with my friend Tara outside in Plaza. I sat outside on my deck with my roommates and ate ice cream and talked. | |

| I went to the football games this weekend and had Chick Fil A lunch with my friend Bjori. I also went for an outdoor run three days last week. | |

| I have made more time to be outside whether that was a study break in between classes or sitting outside at work. I have also included my friends in this challenge by inviting them to do activities that are outdoors such as getting Krishna lunch or going for a run. | |
