Two days to go and my 12 weeks is up. Amazing stuff. I've not been as strict as I could have been but my food choices have definitely improved in terms of healthfulness. Am definitely going to continue. Going to set up a new challenge from today (so they'll overlap). Currently cooking porridge for breakfast.

I keep forgetting to file my reports in time so it looks like I'm not succeeding as well as I actually am. I've got out of the habit of checking in and now I've ended up dinsying money to my anti-charity was at more than I should have. Urghhhh.

I forgot to submit my most recent report and now money's gone to my anti charity. I'm going to have a sulk now. Admittedly last week wasn't a particularly successful one though so I probably can't complain too much. 🤣

Rough week just gone on one level. Just incredibly tired and a bit run down. Had a hypo this evening at pole class and couldn't finish the session...Had to steal a banana from my instructor to stave off the shakes. Been a very long time once my blood sugar has wobbled. I've not been eating regularly because I've not had the energy to prepare good food because I've been so tired. And then I've been staying up late to try and catch up with stuff but not caught up because of energy levels and then the cycle has begun again. Might be my B12 levels, I'm not due my next injection for another three-ish weeks but I think emotional am physical stress can increase the need.

Not a success this week. Went on a date with hubby to see the Lion King. Sweet popcorn, crisps, then a 3 course meal at Frankie and Benny's. It was dairy free but certainly not added sugar and white flour free. It was, however, delicious, particularly the most excellent vegan cheesecake!

That wasn't my fail though...I'm not sure a planned night off is every really a fail although I've recorded it as such previously. Other biscuits and bits have passed my lips however so that's a definite fail.

New week now though. Week 6. Amazing. :)
