Need to improve getting to bed at a reasonable time, especially when waking up early. Make try setting a reminder/ deadline to go to bed.

Exercise - CV exercise is consisting of walking, but I need to improve the discipline of.

It's been a relatively poor first week, I haven't devised a plan of how I will achieve this task.

Next report I will ensure I have a plan of how I will achieve all these goals .
