| ++ diarrhea last week then overate over 3 days. 255 was at low point. | |

| 2-3 days every week where I am over my WW points but this seems to be making the difference. The past week, I've been eating 0 points through day but then binge at night. Not necessarily bad food but too many points anyway. | |

| Went for gruelling 10 k run last night which is, no doubt, the reason for the loss. It was difficult but honestly felt good to be out there again. Weight is a new low! | |
