way2introverted commits to:
wake up at 5:15, and do my morning routine which includes: 15 minutes meditation, 30 minutes reading, 5 minutes bathroom and 10 minutes of daily-goal planing. At 6:30 i hit the gym for one hour. Approximately at 8 pm i´m ready to have a perfect day.
(weekends and vacation excluded)

Because of a football-game i went to sleep at wednesday evening at 00:00 and I wasn´t able to wake up at 5:15
