torpidstolidity commits to:
Waking up by 5am (flex 530am) six days per week and must stay awake for three hours, and committing to fifteen minutes of meditation, at least 5 minutes of pranayama, and at least Sun Salutations. Also to another 15 minutes of meditation in the afternoon/evening. This is a total minimum of less than 45 minutes of practice per day, which is quite doable.

Better! Practice is steady doing sometimes the whole practice. Restarted pranayama books and meditating days for 15min. Started some mantra work again too | |
