Hit snooze for 5mins today, getting up at 0535. Hit it once because I was in the middle of a dream. Easier to get out of bed for several reasons today: ate a good dinner last night 3 hours before bed, had a wake up backup plan in place with ALCAR and L Theanine, and mentally committed to experimenting with making this small change. |

Had planned to get up 90mins later at 0700 today due to pm shift and feeling tired. Went to bed late after eating in bed after band and using the iPad.
Commitment wanted around scheduling, integrity, food stop, pre-bed protein hit, plenty of water, screen stop, daytime “fix” of screen-time, to simply focus on going to bed in time to wake at 0530 (why if not working/working later?). According to sleep research, min 5 x sleep cycles (5x90) plus 30min fall asleep time (ie, min 8hrs before 0530 = 2130). If it’s a late work night then bed at 2300 or 0030 PLUS 90 or 180 mins mid-day nap. |

Still in bed @ 1211. Feeling wrecked after two am plus pm days. |

Rolled out of bed at 0559. Low energy. Went to sleep approx 0100. Ate ff after trivia show approx 2215 then played iPad games until 0100. |
