| Decided to stop using the app. Not a big fan of it anymore. Doing unguided,shorter meditations by myself now. Did 2 sessions with app and the rest was done either at yoga, as part of a nitrous session or in the shower once. Experimenting still | |

The stickk ui is confusing. Wrote a long post and it somehow disappeared?! Meditated the whole last week but wothout the app. The timing was too restricting while traveling, so did it the oldschool way with no technology 😛 on a plane back to Düsseldorf now |
